Very central location, quiet street, free yucata change and onsen passes, large rooms with sitting area, clean hotel onsen.
Nothing, all excellent.

The hotel offered free yukata changes every day and onsen passes, which was a great perk. The location was also perfect - right in the center of town but still quiet and peaceful. The large rooms with sitting areas were a bonus and made us feel at home.
The staff's limited English skills made communication a bit challenging, but they were still nice and helpful. We also had trouble adding dinner to our reservation a few days before arrival, and were not given a clear explanation as to why.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they even gave us free yukata changes every day. The hotel had great facilities, including a clean onsen with beautiful water and comfortable rooms with a sitting area. The location was perfect - central in town yet quiet in a back street. We were close to the train station and public baths, making transportation easy. Breakfast was tasty and enjoyable.
For us, it was ideal.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, this hotel might be perfect for you. the staff may not speak English fluently, but they're willing to go the extra mile to help. the location is great, central in town yet tucked away in a back street. You can explore town easily with the free yukata rental and onsen passes. Although the onsen is rather basic, it's clean and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and tidy with comfortable sitting areas. Breakfast is tasty, and some rooms offer great views. the only downside is the difficulty of adding dinner to reservations.
